To celebrate Cruinniú na nÓg 2026 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has partnered with Kilcross Youth Club and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Children and Young People’s Services Committee to offer a commission to create new work for Cruinniú na nÓg 2026.

The children from Kilcross Youth Club, aged ten to thirteen, and support volunteers will work with artist Louise White to develop the commission from early November 2025 to May 2026.

The lead artist will be Louise White working in collaboration with young people aged 10 to 13. Working with promenade theatre/live performance as a starting point for this commission, we will see how the commission develops as the collaboration unfolds.
