“Hands On, Ink Up” will deliver traditional printing workshops to select schools across Kerry. The main objective is to preserve and promote traditional printing skills in primary and post-primary schools. 

The workshops will develop conceptual, creative and physical skills, with a focus on three analogue printing techniques: 

1) Relief printing: involving cutting or carving a design into linoleum. 

2) Mono and stencil printing: creating unique images using ink or paint on a smooth plate. 

3) Cyanotype printing: producing blue and white images using UV light. 

This project will be delivered by visual artist and designer, Darragh Kinch.
