Active Ladies Creative Session

This gentle, welcoming creative workshop invites participants to reflect on places that hold personal meaning through drawing, conversation, and optional storytelling. Participants will be encouraged to think about locations connected to important memories such as childhood places, local landmarks, or landscapes that shaped their lives.

The session may include simple sketching exercises, visual prompts, and optional opportunities to share stories in a relaxed group setting. For those who prefer not to draw, storytelling and discussion are equally valued as forms of creative contribution.

The workshop prioritises comfort, participation, and social connection, recognising the importance of creativity in supporting wellbeing and community connection.
