Tobar Well project
The Well Project is a free community art and craft engagement programme celebrating creativity, heritage, and place. Taking place over the next six to eight months, the project will deliver a series of free creative workshops showcasing the talents of local creatives.
Workshops will be led by:
- Ruairí Carroll – Sculpting
- Alice Bennett – Art and Creative Writing
- Rachel Burke – Visual Art
- Colin O’Drisceoil – Archaeology
- Eleanor Cantwell – History
- Róisín Bolger – Irish Music and Ceoltás
The project will culminate in an Autumn Celebratory Weekend, bringing the community together for:
- An exhibition of participant artwork, sculpture, and floral displays
- Spoken word performances of newly created writing
- A Ceoltás concert featuring both children and adults
