Hopeful Theatre is a newly established theatre group based in Clondalkin, the participants are International Protection applicants who will be creating a series of original plays throughout 2025. The first of which, The Web will take place in The Civic Theatre Tallaght on the 21st March 2026 at 2:30pm

Through encouragement and support via Creative Ireland South Dublin, The Abbey Theatre and director Newton Barbara, the group expanded and has grown to be as a self-sufficient organisation and is now a registered charity.
