By combining creative development, performance coaching and technical production training, participants leave with a clear, repeatable approach to podcasting that supports consistency, quality and long-term impact. 

The programme is delivered by Shannon Redmond, Chief Operating Officer of Ampifi Podcast Studio, Radio Host and Lead Trainer, alongside Ash Flynn, In-House Head of production at Ampifi Podcast Studio. 

The structured training guides participants from initial concept to confident execution. The focus is on clarity, practicality, and sustainability, ensuring participants leave with the skills, tools, and understanding required to launch or refine a podcast with purpose. 

Rather than theory alone, participants work through their own podcast idea throughout the programme, applying learning directly to their concept.
