Harmony Pathways is an 8-week creative songwriting programme for adults in addiction, recovery, or active use, using trauma-informed workshops to build confidence, identity, and emotional expression through music, melody, lyrics, and peer-led performance. 

No previous experience is required of participants. Two groups will benefit from taking part in these sessions at the DROP centre, Dún Laoghaire. These are namely the Discovery Group and the Stabilisation Group. Both groups are a mix of men and women who are predominantly under the age of 55. The sessions include developing their own music and lyrics and going together to Ashbourne Studio for the day to record their song with an engineer and a full recording set up. The songs will be recorded and printed in a photobook for each participant.
