Creative Flow Art is a creative workshop designed to help people reconnect with their creativity by letting go of the pressure to produce "perfect" art. The workshop was inspired by my own artistic practice, when I found myself creatively blocked and struggling with self-criticism. Like many people, I believed that creating art required talent, technical skills or the ability to produce something perfect. Through experimentation, I discovered a simple process that allowed me to move beyond those limiting beliefs. 

Participants will be guided through a series of intuitive drawing exercises using simple materials such as oil pastels, paper, and music. Rather than focusing on the outcome, they will be encouraged to respond freely to colour, movement, & sound, allowing curiosity & instinct to guide the creative process. There are no mistakes, expectations, or right answers, only an opportunity to explore creativity in a supportive and welcoming environment. The workshop aims to create a relaxed space where people of all artistic abilities can experience the joy of making art without judgement. 

By quieting the inner critic and embracing experimentation, participants can build confidence, discover new ways of expressing themselves, & realise that creativity is something everyone can access. The session is suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone looking to reconnect with their creative side. Participants will leave with a unique piece of artwork & practical techniques.
