SoloSIRENs intercultural collective will explore themes for the upcoming ‘The Being Well’ festival at the Civic theatre. The collective is comprised of 12 women living in South Dublin County and represents ages from 23-56 and seven different cultures and ethnicities. 

The weekly facilitated workshop programme will begin in spring, 2026. The group will consider how we can be well in ourselves, our relationships and our world through an exploration of shared stories, myths and connections while building skills in theatremaking and performance as they do so. The work will continue with an intensive summer week connecting with festival artists. The summer week will culminate in a work in progress showcase for invited guests. 

In the autumn, the group will attend all festival performances, workshops and discussions allowing these to inspire and expand their work in progress. They will present the final performance at the Civic Theatre as part of the festival in December, 2026
