The Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown (dlr) County Council Age-Friendly Programme and the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Age-Friendly Alliance are delighted to announce that the new edition of the 2026 dlr Age-Friendly Magazine will be available free of charge to the public from February 2026.

This will be the sixth year this free full-colour magazine, funded by Dún Laoghaire Creative Ireland and dlr County Council, will be available to the public. This hugely successful annual publication is packed with information on Age-Friendly activities, services and supports available in dlr as well as creative content and activities. It also provides information on participating in various creative activities and groups, as well as articles and content on heritage, Irish language, Library and Arts services, plus recipes, puzzles and much more!

After February 2026 you can pick up your free hard copy of dlr Age-Friendly Magazine 2026 from all Library branches, dlr County Council Offices, community centres, primary care centres, nursing homes, day care centres and shopping centres around the county or you can download a online version by logging onto www.dlrcoco.ie/commuity/dlr-age-friendly-county
