All Abilities aim to create an inclusive environment which enables their members to be creative and grow in confidence.

Families learn skills to start using art, dance and drama in their own homes to increase communication, strengthening family relationships, empowering parents & carers with support and opportunities to meet other parents living with the daily challenges of neurodiversity. 

Children will improve self-esteem, learn social skills and turn-taking through drama, and how to use sensory tools like play dough, slime, paint and clay to improve communication, regulate emotions, thus reducing outbursts & arguments leading to calmer bedtime routines. Children will also build friendships while enjoying creative activities like dance, meditation and art in different formats to better understand their emotions and the family round them.
