Climate and Empathy workshop for artists, creatives, and those working in the creative industries
This highly interactive 2-hour session will engage participants in understanding the urgent challenges of climate change while building empathy-driven approaches to creative practice and community engagement.
Through group activities, reflection, and facilitated discussion, participants will:
- Explore the science and impacts of climate change in an accessible, creative way.
- Develop empathy-based perspectives to inspire climate-positive storytelling and projects.
Identify opportunities for creative professionals to contribute to climate action within their work and networks. - Build connections with peers to foster ongoing collaboration and impact.
A second session will take place later this year, as a response to the needs highlighted in this workshop - date and time tbc. In addition video documentation will bring some of the workshop content to a wider audience.
