The project records the voices and experiences of people throughout Waterford City and County and makes them available so that people can listen and learn more about the people and places of Waterford. We would like to continue to develop and expand the project. In order to do so we will provide additional training sessions to community groups and additional internal staff training to ensure we can upload additional material from groups to the website and Soundcloud. 

In 2025 we engaged a researcher with Oral history experience to create new snippets and to look at recordings suitable for release as podcasts. In 2026 we will be focusing on releasing and publicising these snippets and works and also on updating our website to provide further information on the recordings and make more of them available.
