This unique cultural project connects the indigenous artforms of Brazilian and Gaeltacht communities, celebrating their shared traditions in painting, music, and storytelling. Both cultures express their identities and worldviews through vibrant, community-rooted art.

Renowned Brazilian Naïf artist Inês Quintanilha Martins will lead 8–9 workshops, guiding 15 participants in primitive painting techniques. Tory Island artists Daniel Cullen & Majella Nic Ruairí will also deliver workshops, continuing the tradition of primitive art.

In music, Gaeltacht musicians and singers & Pedro Alberto Alvare will collaborate with Gaelic and Brazilian musicians, singers, and storytellers to create a unique fusion of styles. This two-week creative journey will culminate in a showcase at Áras na nGael, featuring live performances and an art exhibition. Additional concerts and a booklet of artwork will further celebrate this cultural exchange.
