The Experimental Space Project: Creative Expression for Young Adults

Taking place over two full days during summer 2025 in Blackpool, Experimental Space offers a flexible, inclusive, and non-formal creative environment for young adults aged 18-24. Hosted at Cork Community Art Link and Blackpool Community Centre, the event will welcome over 50 young adults from across Cork’s Northside and beyond.

Led by a team of five multidisciplinary facilitators - specialists in visual arts, music, street theatre, digital arts, and more - the workshops will encourage free-flow creativity, improvisation, and collaboration. Participants will explore a wide range of art forms including graffiti, spoken word, performance, and storytelling, with no prescribed outcomes—just space to create, connect, and express.

By offering a safe, welcoming space for artistic exploration, The Experimental Space Project will:
