Fixation Station
The Fixation Station is a vibrant, youth-led event designed to celebrate passion, curiosity, and self-expression. Aimed at children aged 9 to 13 (from 3rd class to 1st year), the programme invites participants to take the spotlight and share something they absolutely love—whether it’s dinosaurs, drawing, coding, baking, or anything in between.
Each child will have three minutes to present their chosen topic to a small, supportive group of peers and guardians, followed by a short Q&A. With up to 10 participants per session and three sessions in total, the event creates space for up to 30 children and their families to engage, learn, and connect.
Visual aids are encouraged—posters, books, pictures, drawings, or any props that help bring their passion to life. The Fixation Station is inclusive and welcoming to both neuro-diverse and neuro-typical children, offering a platform where every voice is valued and every interest celebrated.
This is more than just a presentation—it's a chance for children to build confidence, practice communication, and discover new interests through peer-led learning. It’s a joyful, low-pressure environment where enthusiasm is the only requirement.
