The Melting Pot Social Enterprise in Roscommon Town will host a series of Arts Workshops. 

"Hands Together" is a community arts project that aims to bring the people of Roscommon together through shared, hands-on creative activities. The project focuses on accessible visual arts and pottery, encouraging participation from people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities, regardless of previous experience. The overall aim is to foster creativity, social connections and a sense of belonging through creation and collaboration.

The project will be delivered through a series of art sessions, with a strong focus on hand-building clay and painting pottery. Participants will be supported in exploring clay as a tactile material, allowing them to work at their own pace and gain confidence through hands-on creation. These sessions will be informal and friendly, offering participants the opportunity to meet, talk and create together in a supportive environment. 

In addition to the pottery sessions, participants will be involved in creating several collaborative artworks.
