I Lár an Aonaigh is a shared-island project focused on upskilling emerging creative producers working through the Irish-Language. The programme brings together early career producers from North and South of the border to work in placement at prominent arts and cultural festivals in Dublin and Northern Ireland focusing on enhancing the programming of Irish-language events while upskilling creative producers in areas of event management, arts production and programming. The programme will culminate in a gathering of sector representatives to focus on capacity building in the area of Irish-language cultural events led out by the participants of the programme.
