This initiative involved a collaborative mural project exploring the theme of 'Identity and Place'' in Sallynoggin Youth and Senior Centre, Sallynoggin. 

Developed through a community consultation process which involved consultations with intergenerational participants with a Community Worker in Dún Laoghaire County Council, a workshop with an artist from The Walls Project, and a survey. These three methods combined created an agenda for the mural, painting a picture of stories, ideas, interests and symbols which represent the community's identity. 

The creative expression through the form of a mural created a dialogue between the different generations, fostering mutual understanding and a shared sense of place. The project was supported by Creative Ireland funding and the Community Section, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
