In partnership with Creative Ireland, Fingal Libraries welcomes Prosper to Malahide Library over the summer months. During the course of these workshops, participants will gain new art & computer skills, and will have the opportunity to socialise and interact with others in a creative and friendly environment.

The following activities were organised in consultation with Prosper Fingal:

Canvas Art with John Carpenter, this inclusive art class will allow participants to use their creativity in a safe and welcoming space.

Being based in a coastal town, walking on the beach and discovering treasures of seaglass, interesting shells and other oddities was a daily delight. Transforming these treasures into 3D keepsakes was something they were very keen to learn. We are all looking forward to seeing the creative endeavours that result from Beachcombing Art with Aoife Munn.

Our last workshop is aimed at those who prefer to use cartoons to express their creativity. Create School will run a fantastic workshop called Flipbook Animation which is very clever and simple in its execution, using a post-it pad to create a moving cartoon that is sure to delight the attendees.
