Funding artists, arts activities and development is a key strategic objective of the Meath County Arts Development Plan. To help maximise the potential for arts provision in the county, Meath County Council Arts Office operates a range of annual bursary and award schemes. Meath County Council's existing Professional Arts Development Fund is strengthened by Creative Ireland funding.

This award is intended to support Meath based professional arts practitioners in the development of their artistic practice and/or the development of new work. This award is supported by Creative Ireland and The Arts Council.

Maximum amount available through this grant is €1000
