Led by experienced musicians Tyler Holt and Gustavo Lobão, the Open Irish Trad Sessions create a welcoming space for adult beginners and returning musicians to explore Irish traditional music and song. Running weekly from May 17th to September 13th, 2025, at Barista Bus @ Murray’s Café, this project fills a crucial gap in Galway’s trad scene by offering an intermediate step between beginner classes and advanced sessions.
