‘Recollecting Our Seasons’ is a story-sharing project that is running in four nursing homes in Louth this summer with writer and story facilitator Sarah Hope Guppy. 

Using music and poetry as jumping-off points, some of County Louth’s older generations will explore and share their thoughts and recollections on the various seasons of life, and all the experiences that come with. Culminating in a printed booklet of the participants’ stories, as well as some poetry inspired by these stories, ‘Recollecting Our Seasons’ will create a space for integral members of our society to be seen and heard, and to share their wisdom.
