Siarsceal will offer young participants across Sligo, Leitrim and Roscommon the opportunity to take part in creative writing and animation workshops based in the libraries.

Young participants will have the chance to have their work published in an anthology-style print publication. The anthology will be a body of the works by young people in all three counties over the last few years. 

There will also be a festival day in each county, to celebrate the work created.
