As part of their blue flag beach tour of the county, Sea Synergy are coming to Rossbeigh to lead a seashore walk guided by a marine biologist.

This event will complement the biodiversity walk taking place on 9th August on the back beach with the Irish Wildlife Trust – an opportunity to compare the distinct environments that shape the two sides of the sand spit.

After the walk we will gather to record some of our observations and share stories about the beach, from memories of "The Sunbeam" to the "Magical City". You will be guided through some creative exercises by The Mantle project coordinator Emily Fitzell to respond to the changing conditions of Rossbeigh Strand.
