This July, The Everyman and YMCA Cork are teaming up once again to present TMACC-YP Summer 2025, a vibrant two-week programme of free, youth-led theatre and cultural citizenship workshops for young people aged 16–19. No experience is needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to explore!

Over 10 days, participants will dive into the world of theatre-making, storytelling, and performance, while exploring what it means to be a citizen artist in Cork today. From writing and devising to design, tech, and acting, young people will be supported by professional drama facilitators and a dedicated Creative Enabler from YMCA to discover their voice and place in Cork’s rich theatre heritage.

The programme includes:

• Daily workshops at The Everyman and ActorsVision studio
• Creative hospitality with lunch provided
• Behind-the-scenes meet & greets with Everyman staff—from tech crew to Artistic Director
• Free tickets to live performances and post-show talks
• A final sharing of work on stage at for family and friends

TMACC-YP is about inclusion, imagination, and inspiration. It’s a space where young people can take creative risks, build confidence, and connect with others—shaping the future of accessible theatre in Ireland.
