"Thursday Night Hang Out" is a 16-session social arts project for adults (18+) in Galway experiencing isolation and loneliness. Running April–October 2025 at Croí na Gaillimhe, Mill Street, the project provides a safe, welcoming space for people to explore creativity, discuss social barriers, and connect with others.

🔹 Creative Exploration – Participants will try painting, photography, creative writing, and pottery to discover their artistic interests.
🔹 Breaking Barriers – Discussions on social anxiety, neurodiversity, and discrimination, featuring insights from Galway Autism Partnership & Galway Traveller Movement.
🔹 Community & Expression – A relaxed space to socialize, share ideas, and create personal artistic reflections on social engagement.

The project will culminate in an art display, with participants' works exhibited in Galway libraries for those who wish to share their creations.
