Johnny Mc has died and everyone seems to know it, except Johnny.

Inspired by truth and imagination this play explores the deep currents of family life and relationships in a rural town in Ireland. It takes a look at the truth of Johnny's life and his imagined afterlife revealing many twists, turns and secrets. It is nostalgic and heartwarming, philosophical, deep, sad and hilarious, sprinkled with some of our favourite songs expressing the characters thoughts and emotions as the story unfolds.

Where Angels Tread is a musical play written by the participants of Creative Voice,  Cavan and directed by Carolann Farrelly.

Our Creative Voice is a unincorporated association made up of people who joined together in 2018 on the basis of the mutual objective to bring the Arts to those who were experiencing social isolation and focus on those who are disconnected from engagement in the arts in the community, perhaps because of social anxiety, rural isolation, fear of performance or needing to know more before they could join an existing arts group
