Solo Sirens is a collective of diverse women who want to deepen creativity and to express their voices and their concerns through their art. The women whose ages range from twenty two to fifty two, include lifelong residents of Tallaght, recent migrants,  and residents of Clondalkin Direct Provision Centre. They will develop their stories through the creation of a theatrical production facilitated and directed by participatory theatre maker Jenny McDonald.

The work in progress will be shown on the Peacock stage in May with the support of the Abbey Theatre 5X5 Development Programme. A full production of their devised performance will be shown in the Civic Theatre Tallaght in November 2019. Audiences will be invited to a day long symposium after the performance.

The project is support by Tallaght Community Arts in association with the Civic Theatre's Active Audience programme.
