The Creativity Fund offers micro grants to families living in emergency accommodation towards creative activities. Facilitated by key workers at homeless services COPE Galway, this initiative aims to promote equality, individual well-being, and community integration.

The fund aims to empower individuals to pursue artistic and creative opportunities. The idea of the fund is that the person will identify a creative activity such as learning a music instrument, taking part in a dance class, or joining a photography group, and supported by the fund, they can take steps to explore this in a way that suits their individual needs, interests, and goals.  

Galway City Council Creative Ireland and Housing Sections with Galway City Partnership are working with COPE Galway to deliver this fund.
