Oonagh O Dwyer is a graduate of the Organic College in Co. Limerick. She has been growing organically and speaking publicly on this for over 10 years amongst this she delivered QQI level 5 in Organic Horticulture for Clare Local Development Company. She took her next big step 8 years ago setting up her Ecotourism business Wild Kitchen, where she is guiding and hosting wild food walks and events.
