This three–week series of creative art therapy workshops is designed for young people currently attending CAMHS. Guided by the imaginative and inspiring Wizard of Creation, Aga Hutcheson, these sessions offer a gentle, supportive space to explore emotions, build confidence, and express yourself through creativity.

Across the three workshops, participants will experiment with colour, texture, and a range of sustainable artistic mediums while exploring themes of self‑care and relaxation. Aga’s warm, intuitive approach encourages young people to connect with their inner worlds, discover new ways of expressing feelings, and experience the calming, restorative power of creating.
