The Tullamore Community Murals Project is a collaborative public art project delivered in partnership with Tullamore Tidy Towns and Offaly County Council. The project will support the creation of a high-quality mural in a key location in Tullamore, with a view to transforming a public space while celebrating local identity, heritage, and creativity. Offaly Arts will oversee the recruitment of a professional artist panel through an open call process, ensuring artistic excellence and diversity of approach. Selected artists will work collaboratively with the community to develop and deliver the mural.

The project will enhance public spaces, improve visual amenity, and reinforce Tullamore’s sense of place. By embedding creativity in the everyday environment, the initiative aligns with Creative Ireland’s vision of placing culture and creativity at the heart of community life.
