This beautiful workshop Creative Mindfulness was created by Louise Shanagher and is being facilitated by Éadaoin Dooley, a qualified Creative Mindfulness Practitioner & Play Therapist. During the workshop children learn how to calm and relax their minds, understand and express their feelings and emotions and cultivate kindness for themselves and others through creativity, art & stories but most of all, have lots of fun!
