Ecological awareness using theatrical storytelling, dance and interactive workshops with Rachel Sweeney
This creative programme invites communities across County Wexford to explore the natural world through storytelling, movement, conversation and shared experiences. Delivered through libraries, the project encourages people of all ages to connect with nature in creative and meaningful ways while developing a greater understanding of biodiversity, ecology and our place within the environment.
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a range of engaging activities, including:
- Creative dance and movement workshops for children and young people.
- Participatory nature walks exploring the concept of Deep Time and the story of our landscape.
- Interactive eco-literacy talks and multispecies storytelling, encouraging people to see the natural world from new perspectives.
The programme is facilitated by artist Rachel Sweeney.
