Sólás: Midland Circle of Care, is a new Creative Health & Wellbeing in the Community initiative developed through a partnership between Offaly, Westmeath and Kildare County Councils, the HSE, and the Irish Hospice Foundation. 

Sólás will be delivered differently in each county, reflecting local needs and existing partnerships In Offaly, the project will establish a series of Creative Community Cafés focusing on grief. . In Westmeath, Creative Community Cafés will be delivered in two HSE nursing homes. In Kildare, artist-led creative hubs will be developed in partnership with Social Prescribing Link Workers. 

Participants will be engaged through community, health and social prescribing networks, helping us to reach people who may benefit most from creative engagement. Activities may include visual arts, storytelling, creative writing and other creative practices shaped by participants' interests and experiences. 

Together, these activities will create opportunities for connection, participation and community engagement across the Midlands.
