A 3D printer would be the centre piece to an outreach programme which would compliment the on-going development and reach of the Offaly Libraries Comic Con event in Tullamore Library. 

Schools would be invited to use the technology to design and print their own comic characters. This would allow the creatives in the community to experiment with new technology or include this type of design into their creative style. The library would develop the graphic design offering and really ensure an all inclusive approach to this community event.
