The Native Woodland Trust will be working with artist Hilary Kinahan, to create an artistic response to the Ardan Woods.  The Ardan Woods is an old oak woodland between Tyrrellspass and Kilbeggan, owned by Westmeath County Council and leased to the Native Woodland Trust. 

The Kilbeggan branch of the Native Woodland Trust have focused on management, biodiversity recording, and habitats in the Ardan Woods. The aim of this project is to widen the community reach through the creative form.

This project will allow artist Hilary Kinahan to explore an aspect of the woodland with the wider community through art.
