The 10-week beginner DJ teaching plan with Ballybunion KDYS is designed to provide young people with a comprehensive education plan that emphasizes creativity within a community of practice. Throughout the program, young people will engage with creative practitioners, mentors, and fellow young people, creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages creativity.

Young people will engage with a Kerry based musician from community music service, Music Generation Kerry. This will build connections for the project within community arts. The program includes various practical application opportunities, such as creating mixes, recording and editing mixes and performing an end of program concert within the community.

Through this creative interaction, young people can build their network, gain exposure, and build positive relationships within their community.
