Bealtaine is an annual national festival celebrating arts and culture for older people in our community. As part of our Bealtaine Festival this year at Longford Library we held talks and demonstrations, in our branch libraries, on growing plants delivered by local florist Mary Holmes. All events were well attended and Mary, as usual, impressed the audiences with her skill and knowledge.
