This project will be delivered by Lus na Gréine Family Resource Centre and will give children an opportunity to learn about different cultures and traditions, while also fostering a sense of unity and empathy among them. It will promote the importance of cultural diversity and tolerance, while also providing a platform for children to express themselves creatively, address trauma and stress and develop their artistic skills using clay/sand, dance, paint, and visual arts.
A series of workshops and local exhibitions that will take place in different locations around the North Longford area. Lus na Gréine FRC will work with local schools and youth groups and with children in their therapeutic services to identify and recruit participants, and they will also partner with local artists and performers to facilitate the workshops and exhibitions.
