Bookville Festival 2024 invites families and children aged 0 to 12 years on an exhilarating adventure! This vibrant celebration of creativity and imagination, proudly presented by the Kilkenny Library Service and the Arts Office, welcomes kids of all abilities with open arms.

Dive into a world where the finest contemporary children’s authors and illustrators from Ireland and the UK come to life. Our diverse lineup of events includes reading, writing, storytelling, comedy, illustration, drama, music, visual arts, and even features the Irish, Polish, and Irish Sign Languages.
