This creative engagement and social interaction project for older people will take place in four towns in North County Galway; Glenamaddy, Creggs, Kilkerrin and Williamstown.

Artist Mo Robertson will work with community members to research, design and create a mural artwork which will reflect local area / interests with recycled bottlecaps as material.

Engaging with local older people in a creative experience like this fosters social interaction through working together in small and large groups. This allows people to have a vital and creative role in community leading to enhanced mental and physical well-being, improved quality of life and an enriching positive experience for up to 50 participants.
