Creative Ireland Carlow is proud to present Carlow Care Concerts, featuring four top class solo performers at care settings across the county.

The concerts will take place in five different settings and will include four visits to each over the duration of the project; a total of 20 concerts.

The Care Concerts will work to support positive ageing through singing, dancing and conversation with the audience to use memory recall, improving all round physical wellbeing and supporting psychological and emotional wellbeing. They are a highly active and inclusive experience involving participation from both members of staff and service users alike.

The concerts offer world class music in the service users' own surroundings, thus providing this experience for those who may be unwell or unable to travel, and ensuring equal access to the arts for all.
