Cavan Arts Festival 2019

Arty Party in Cavan Park

Hot on its own tail from the birth of last year’s first edition, Cavan Arts Festival, returns from 17-19 May 2019.

Having wowed audiences young and old at the inaugural Cavan Arts Festival in September, Cavan Arts Festival is bounding into the early summer with a multi-disciplinary, passion-filled programme to inspire and entertain one and all.

Listen, engage and be amazed in our Big Top in Con Smith Park and venues across Cavan Town on the 17th, 18th and 19th of May.

Once again, Cavan Arts Festival brings a host of top quality local, national and international talent in visual art, theatre, live music, performance art, circus, comedy, literature, and dance to Cavan Town.

Brimming with workshops, performances, talks and talent, the entire park will become an open-air exhibition of visual art and sculpture for the weekend.

This year’s event once again aims to be as inclusive and family (and doggy) friendly as possible, with 99% of events remaining admission free.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of this nascent independent arts festival, brought to you by a team of young Cavan artists – your future self will thank you for it!

Cavan Arts Festival is supported by Cavan County Council and the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, through the Creative Ireland Programme.
