To create a new dedicated children's workshop space at Galway City Museum - located on the top floor of the museum. The space is planned as an extension to the Sea Science gallery which is the most popular exhibition for children in the museum. The Sea Science galleries are the result of a collaboration between Galway City Museum, the Martin Ryan Institute in the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) and the Marine Institute Galway.
