Connecting the Community - Highlight through a segment of map of Carlow Town - to make the community aware of drop in centres providing support and mental health services. This project was designed and executed by service users at Supported Services Training within St. Dympna's Hospital in collaboration with local mosaic artist: Simone Webb. The design itself was intended as an informative and motivational tool. Its main function to “Connect the Community”.  Participants used mosaic tiles to create a visual map of St. Dympna's Campus and its immediate  townland  as an effective  way  to capture  and engage peoples attention. Through collaboration it was decided that  brightly coloured  mosaic tiles would make it easier for the view/audience to identify areas  of interest and support.  Colour coding categories also made  it possible  to  implement a Legend (key) for ease of interpretation.
