This project will introduce young people in an area of high deprivation to the creative arts, specifically dance, creative media and tattooing.  Furthermore, it will highlight creative careers that the young people have not been exposed to. 

Creatives will work with a group of teenagers, between the ages of 14 and 18 years of age, that are currently involved in the Redeemer Celtic Club. The young people, some of which are from ethnic minority and Traveller backgrounds are from an area of high disadvantage and for the most of them there contact with the Club is the only organisation they are involved with.

The club will work with three local professionals who are trained in the above arts and will run three 10 week workshops on each topic.  These workshops will be run over the summer months, subject to Covid 19 restrictions, and will take place in the Redeemer Community Centre.
