When our work is dedicated to fostering creativity, well-being, and expression in others, it can be easy to lose sight of our own creative source. Our recent research with Creative Waterford highlighted a shared longing among practitioners for a supportive reflective space to step away from the demands of day-to-day project delivery and outcome-focused work.  

To offer that room to breathe Creative Waterford are piloting a wellbeing programme for creative facilitators. Participants will be guided by and arts and wellbeing facilitator over a number of sessions to reflect and develop their practice in a supportive, nurturing and creative space.
