The project proposes a dedicated eight-week period of structured, creative reflection and evaluation following the recent Take A Part Carlow project led by Tom Meskell. Working with Tom and external evaluation Ail Clarke, the Arts Action will engage in weekly evening programme designed to build shared skills, deepen learning, and embed reflective practice into the group's ongoing work.
